Pitcairn Island VP6MW Meralda

While working a pileup on 20 Meters, my friend Meralda VP6MW surprised me, not that she was on her radio from Pitcairn Island, but she surprised me with the strength of her signal!

Well, today she got her new Hex Beam operational she received from Stan KE5EE.  I’m a believer!

    Meralda’s signal is much better thanks to Stan! I will be visiting Meralda and the rest of the Island crew when my family and I arrive on June 22nd my DX call is VP6MC. I will also be MM starting June 20th or early on the 21st MM then from the 22nd on Pitcairn Island. I will be active from time to time until July 2nd.
